I've bought a policy but I've changed the destinations, what should I do?
If the countries that you are now travelling to are within the region for which you have bought your policy or is in a lower region, you do not need to do anything.
For example, if the region you have selected is the Europe region, and you are now also travelling to Asia, you do not need to change your policy. The Europe region provides cover for travel to Europe, Asia, the South Pacific, New Zealand and around Australia.
However, if you are unsure about which region you should have, or if you are now travelling to a country which is in a higher region to the region for which you have purchased your policy, you should contact us for assistance:

DOMESTIC: Australia (including Thursday Island, Lord Howe Island, Norfolk Island, Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Island).
NEW ZEALAND: New Zealand and automatically includes cover for the Domestic Region.
PACIFIC: American Samoa, Ashmore & Cartier Islands, Bali, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Guam, Heard Island & McDonald Islands, Indonesia, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu and Wallis & Futuna Islands and automatically includes cover for regions of New Zealand and Domestic.
ASIA: Asia (including Japan, excluding Russian Federation and the Middle East) and automatically includes cover for the regions of Pacific, New Zealand and Domestic.
EUROPE: Europe, Russian Federation and United Kingdom and automatically includes cover for the regions of Asia, Pacific, New Zealand and Domestic.
WORLDWIDE: North, Central & South America (including Hawaii and the Caribbean), Africa, Middle East, Antarctica, Sub- Antarctic Islands and any other destination not listed above.
