Can I reduce the amount of the luggage cover on my policy?

No, the luggage benefit limit is fixed to the level that comes with your chosen policy type. Each policy has a set maximum for luggage and personal effects, and this amount can’t be reduced or customised. If you don’t need higher cover, you can simply choose a policy with a lower built-in luggage limit. 

Every claim is reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis and will only be paid if it meets the terms, conditions, limits and exclusions in your policy. Always check the PDS carefully so you know exactly what’s included before you travel.
