I have strong pain in my teeth, am I covered to get treatment?
Cover is provided for emergency dental expenses incurred overseas for the relief of sudden and acute pain to sound and natural teeth.
This means that you have cover for your overseas dental expenses provided you have not had previous complications with your teeth.
The level of cover that you have for emergency dental expenses depends on the type of policy you choose. Refer to the Benefit Summary in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for benefit limits.
Note:
There is no cover for any dental treatment while you are in Australia, and this includes any ongoing treatment that may be required, following your treatment overseas.
