Do my Pre-Existing Medical Conditions affect my Trip Cancellation Expenses cover?

If your Pre-Existing Medical Condition is listed as a covered condition on your certificate of insurance and is relevant to the cancellation or shortening of your trip, it will be taken into account when determining your Trip Cancellation Expenses cover (if this benefit is a part of your policy).

If you have a Pre-existing Medical Condition that is excluded from cover, we will not pay any claims arising from, related to or associated with that condition, including with respect to cancellation expenses.
