Do my Pre-Existing Medical Conditions affect my Trip Cancellation Expenses cover?

Yes, if your Pre-Existing Medical Condition is covered by your policy and is relevant to the cancellation or shortening of your trip, it will be taken into account when determining your Trip Cancellation Expenses cover.

If you have a Pre-existing Medical Condition that is not covered by your policy, we will not pay any claims arising from, related to or associated with that condition, including with respect to cancellation expenses.
