Does the definition of a pre-existing medical condition just apply to the policy holder?
The following is general advice only and does not take into account your individual needs, objectives or financial situation. Consider the PDS prior to deciding whether this policy is appropriate for you and your trip.
The definition of an existing medical condition applies to you (policy holder) and any person listed on your certificate of insurance, including your dependants.
Check out our Medical Conditions page for more information about:

Cover is subject to the policy terms, conditions, limits and exclusions in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). Every individual’s circumstances are different, therefore, if you make a claim, we will fully assess your claim on a case by case basis.
