How long do I have to lodge my travel insurance claim?
For general claims, you must give us notice of your claim as soon as you can on your return home. For medical, hospital or dental claims, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may assist in your care and pre-approve medical expenses. For other claims, you must notify us and submit full details in writing within 30 days of your return.
