Do I have to wait until I am back in Australia to submit a claim?
You can make a claim while you are still overseas or when you return home.
Our claims consultants are able to email claim forms to you, however you will still be required to provide original supporting documentation (e.g. receipts) by post. Or you can submit an online claim by going to our claims page.
Note:
You may need to pay an excess if you have to make a claim. This means that any payable excess will need to be deducted from your total claim amount when you make a claim, therefore reducing the amount of your claim.
