We have a Family policy. Are my children covered if they are in the Kid's Club and not with me?
Dependants on Family or Single policies MUST be with the parent/s or grandparent/s as listed on their policy, for 100% of the time.
Dependants have cover under a
Family or
Single policy if they are in the Kid's club which is in the same accommodation/resort/cruise as their parents or grandparents.
If dependants travel to another city or accommodation/resort/cruise without their parent or grandparent, and were not with their parent or grandparent at the time of the claimed event (for example: an injury or sickness), there will be no cover.
If your dependant will not be travelling with you for 100% of the time, you should purchase a separate
Single policy for them.
Cover is subject to the policy terms, conditions, limits and exclusions in the
Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
