We have a Family policy. Are my children covered if they are in the Kid's Club and not with me?
Dependants on Family or Single policies MUST be travelling with at least one of the adults listed on the certificate of insurance for 100% of the person travelling’s itinerary.
Cover is available for dependants under a
Family or
Single policy if they are in the Kid's club which is in the same accommodation/resort/cruise as at least one of the adults listed on the certificate of insurance.
If your dependant will not be travelling with at least one of the adults listed on the certificate for 100% of the person travelling's itinerary, you should purchase a separate
Single policy for them.
Cover is subject to the policy terms, conditions, limits and exclusions in the
